We all get the blues now and then but how do we know if we’re depressed? Depression is not likely to be a short term feeling. Sometimes those feelings of unexplained depression can be hormonal. Yet, other times they may be triggered by a shift in the weather or something that connected you with the past.. Sometimes there just is no explanation.
